Moorage
Being a family-run marina in a beautiful location, availability is limited. Availability is dependent on open slips, boat sizing, and intended use. Included with paid moorage is access to the docks, use of an onsite bathroom. Dock power is available and is billed with the monthly moorage based on actual usage.
Rates
Rates are based on either the total length of the boat (including swim steps, bow sprits, etc.) or the length of the slip/dock, whichever is longer.
Effective May 1, 2024 monthly moorage rates are as follows*:
$9.25 per foot for 29' or less
$10.00 per foot for 30' - 39'
$10.50 per foot for 40' or longer
Live-aboard, add $3.25 per foot per month. Live-aboard status availability is limited and must be pre-approved.
All rates subject to annual increase.

Securing a slip
After confirming slip availability, the following is required from new customers prior to mooring your boat:
1) Completed lease agreement with attached proof of insurance, security deposit equivalent to one-month moorage, and first month moorage in cash or check. (credit cards are not accepted)
2) If the vessel is a wood boat or boat older than 1995, a picture and/or survey within in last year is required confirming seaworthy condition
3) Proof of ownership---Copy of current title
4) Current Washington State boat registration - Tabs must remain current
5) Current $300,000 insurance policy with oil spill coverage and show Fiddlehead Marina as additional insured. Additional insured language must be added by insurance company within 30 days of initial leasing date and must be maintained throughout the duration of the lease.
6) Copy of state-issued identification of boat owner and Fiddlehead Marina lease holder, verifying the boat owner and lease owner are the same person.
7) The Fiddlehead Marina lease is not considered accepted or valid until all of the above are provided and confirmed.
8) If moorage charges are not kept current or requirements 2 through 6 are not maintained during tenancy at Fiddlehead Marina, Fiddlehead Marina reserves the right to remove/dispose of boats and/or other tenant property from Fiddlehead’s facilities.
Slip availability or assignment may change if all steps are not completed prior to mooring.
Additional Options - for an additional fee, as available
Dockbox - for dockside storage
Mailbox - if a current moorage customer and mailboxes are available
Shower facility - across the street, key deposit required
Billing
Moorage, electricity and any extras are billed on approximately the 24th of each month. The full amount payable is due on or before the 5th of the following month. Any amounts outstanding after the 5th will be considered overdue and late fees, additional charges, or collection activities may occur.
